Aimed to cultivate culture and the arts inside the academic community of Foundation University, the Friday Jam Session is held to promote the existing cultural groups and also, to hype the upcoming concert by November.

The revival of the Friday Jam Session gears to expose the performing groups namely: Abuhuni Choir under the tutelage of Mr. Allan Bana, Abuhuni Band under the directorship of Mr. Allan Valencia and the Buglasayaw Dance Troupe, choreographed by Mr. Vic June Nocete.

This weekly endeavor is also a means of recruitment for new members for the cultural groups which are open to senior high school and college students who have the desire to showcase their talent and creativity and are willing to be trained during frequent and tedious rehearsals.

Every Friday from 4 to 5 in the afternoon, the Friday Jam is held at the flagpole fronting the College of Law and Jurisprudence Building. The performing groups are under the supervision of the University’s new cultural officer, Ms. Alexie D. Miraflor.
