A sophomore from Foundation University College of Education won the 2nd place at the 23rd Talumpati ng Taon held September 1 at the Claire Isabel McGill Luce Auditorium, Silliman University.
Milen Jan M. Rodriguez, an English major, won the second spot next to Alliah Carmela Abella from Ramon Teves Pastor Memorial (RTPM) Science High School who bagged the first place. Meanwhile, Junie S. Pataganao from SU College of Education garnered the third place.
Talumpati ng Taon is an annual event in Silliman University organized by Ang Sandigan—a socio-civic organization to highlight the Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa celebrations over the years.
